Wheat Dreams

-a juicy steak, ready to BBQ
-one pound baby Yukon Gold potatoes
-four cloves garlic
-one cup diced white onion
-eight strips raw, diced bacon
-1/4 cup butter
-stem of fresh rosmary
-smoked asiago cheese
-six-pack Phillips Wheatking Hefeweizen

Start with about two feet of tin foil and in the centr, put the potatos, bacon, white onions, whole garlic cloves, butter, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper and, of course, a half cup of Wheatking. Take the two long sides of the foil and fold them together three times, then do the same with the other two sides, creating a pocket to steam the potatoes to perfection. Place on upper rack of your BBQ for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Remove from foil and place into a bowl. Grate the smoked asiago cheese on top and mix well. Serve with your steak and don't be afraid to finish off the rest of the Wheatking.
