Prep time, 7 minutes; Cooking time, 15 minutes. Serves four people.
◦ 600 grams extra-lean minced beef
◦ 2 tablespoons medium curry
◦ 1 tablespoon dried hot mustard
◦ 1 tablespoon of dried ginger powder
◦ 2 large tablespoons dried garlic powder
◦ 1 teaspoon salt
◦ 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
◦ 1 large tablespoon dried thym leaves.
◦ 2 tablespoons masala
◦ 3 tablespoons canola oil
Place meat in a large salad bowl and pour all ingredients on top. Mix thoroughly with hands for six minutes. Make 100 gram meatballs, which you then flatten. Don't forget to wash your hands after handling the meat. Place the meat on barbecue or in a skillet with the canola oil at high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat to medium level and cook to your desired level. Serve with french fries, with or without a hamburger bun.
